When things seem to be going topsyturvy, without amoment of peace, things seem dangerous, we can trust God. And we can trust Him with all our Hearts because "God is good and His Mercy endures forever." Ps 136. God is indeed God. God is Love. God is gracious. God is longsuffering. GOd is patient. This is all shown soo perfectly, in Jesus' experience on the Cross of Calvary, as we rea in Matther 27, Mark, and John19. And lLuke 22. Jesus took the blows, the spits, the blasphemy and the disgusting language, but He took it silently, because of all the love in His Heart. He took it without a word. feeling down today? Trust in God. Even if you feel like God is as distant as the stars themselves. In a sense, God knows what is going on in the stars, he knows what is going on in your life, he know what is going on in my life, He;s keeping the planets in orbit, but at the same time, keep the seem flowing up and down, but at the same time, feeding the birds, the tigers, the chimpanzees, the cats and dogs, the ants, the flies, the ladybugs, the lions, the whales, the sharks, the burse sharks, the polar bears, the termites, the monkeys, the apes, the sloths, the eagles, the sea gulls, the snakes, the bears, the ducks, the swans, the ....... And just to make a point, in America ALONE, there are 64 MILLION house cats. And that's jst the domestic ones, What about the strays! And don't talk about the bugs! 10,000,000,000,000,000 ants in the world, or more (that looks like pentillion to me!) So just think, God has all that in His Hands. And I'm sure He knows each cat dog ant, and pig by name and species, and farm or whatever, so why would't God pay attention to us. Besides, He made us in His Own Image! What more reason is there to believe that God loves us! I mean that's really quite something- I'm made in God's own image. God loves Me so much that He would promise on Himself that He would never leave me nor forsake me! What a thing! So Trust GOd. When you say Im gonna trust God, you're trusting Someone who will never fail you. No matter what. (Thumbs up !:))
